Yeah but the problem is to get points in time limited shop it says to use ingots. I have 1k coupons. Is there a way to use ingots instead of coupons?

spend coupons first?the tree is a big rip off.so just keep buying from sage treasure(purification runes,purification protection,refines...etc till you're outta coupons and ingots.

The fortune coins obtain from the Konoha's Great Tree is a random drop by spending dew points. If you bless your tree to a higher level (for example level 6 or 7), the chance and amount of fortune coins that drops increases. Also by spending dew drops to level your tree you get points which you can redeem some fortune coins in the "points reward" tab in the Great Tree (points 100, 250, and 350 have fortune coins). However, this will require you to spend a lot of coupons/ingots.

The problem with the treasure of the sage is that every item is already 10 percent higher at least for the ninjas as I saw so u are getting actually really small percent of that 30...

Sage treasure is great for mats so just use it to get your refines + puri (and maybe seals if you get a good roll). Ninjas are always costly regardless :P Only ninja probably worth buying in sage treasure is iruka for new servers.
