You need to give more details of the event , I am not sure if we ever had like this , he can be worth but also not , you are still on 1.0 i guess which a light main need the shield from him so it may be good or not

And what you will spend , ingots or cupons, if you are second bp means you invest in the game , you invest a lot or not, i liked him but I still don t have him and I play for one year i think so I could never use it , bp also is good , but runes you can get very easy if you keep 100 scrolls and spend them on rebate.

As you can see on the screenshot I got 109 points which costed me around 360 coupons.Also as I mentioned theres a rune upgrade event right now everyone's initiative will be much higher and its very important for me as lightning main. But I dont have enough money to get Irukas 3* + Kakashi + Runes upgrade thats why I need to choose best option..

Forget about kakashi BS, once kage comes out you literally will never use him again.

Upgrade iruka like you mentioned, if you need more initative you can get refines but i'd advise against it, since you should be able to obtain green ones for free from other sources. Use spare points on summoning scrolls, they seem to have the best investment:gain ratio from all those items, and they will always contribute to your power/ninjas via summons. Also, one step closer to super rare summon at 2k scrolls :)

Thanks for ur advices mate thats exactly what I did! Also in the wheel if I remember good we had first hokage coupons scrolls ;)
