Man,its teasing and lies,look Germany,they post shop pictures of events,here is bland window of nothing.How to trust someone,who made some promises,and at same time not willing to share insignificant info.I know its a matter of hours,but do they realy has to tease us like that?You may write another long post,proving how wrong and selfish i m,but i dont care about that.What i care is to be honest with me,something i dont see here.

If you want more people to be able to see answers you give you might want to *y them at the top section of the forum, things can get lost really quickly and some people just come on looking for the highlights of the day.

On the monthly plan, just informing us that "No new features are planned to be added this month, we are going to take some time to fix the bugs that popped up with the 3.0 update. We will still be working hard to keep bringing great events to you every week." would have been great, then we at least won't be wondering whats going on and it keeps the appearance of the monthly plan post so we don't think it was forgotten about. Because it's a good thing to have, as it allows another method of transparency and communication with the community.

I'm trying to be patient with regards to the mood scrolls in the group wheel, and the upgrade to the group activity boxes, but the promise to add them was made at the end of March, its been over 4 months, and you are the only mod/admin I've seen mention it in months. 4 months of nothing has lead most to believe that it was an empty promise from Oasis, and can you blame us for that? If they promised you 10k coupons for writing a post today and you still didn't have them 4 months later would you not feel like you were lied to? We know both of these changes CAN happen, so the only reasons they haven't are, we were lied to and they don't want to follow through with what they said, or company politics are stopping it from happening. Either way for the f2p in my group/server the only way to increase their moods/tactics is to spend coupons(the tactics I haven't spent ingots to raise are at lvl 2, so those f2p aren't getting them for free any faster than that either. tactics costs tens of thousands of coupons to finish, moods cost 2400 coupons per ninja, that's a lot of resources for just 2 things, but since you can't get them elsewhere the only other choice is to let them be worthless.)

1 rng wheel(i've only seen this event be good once when i got my normal itachi 5* for $20)

1 shop(only good if you need that last bit of something since the discounts are so small, if you can its better to wait for other events to get these same items, but when you need those last couple fragments its a quick way to get them at a small discount, would like to see mood scrolls in here just to have a cheaper way to get them)

the sakura festival was improved, but personally i wi* didn't have the medium refine because i can't use it anymore.

i wish there was another recharge event to go alongside shinobi feast(not picky on which one), but other than that decent week, not great not terrible, something for everyone

That range was before 3.0 and is the only reliable range that worked unless a new range can be made. Also, you have to count free draws as part of the counter so if that kid just got the kage treasure and pulled susanoo then you can freak out. Same with your group leader.

Man research before you say something like that , Germany does post pictures of reedem-ables however do you realize that Germany gets the events post 1 hour before or during the maintenance ?

What i think is that kage treasure now is exactly like is in 4.0 in china. No counter, only lucky chance per draw to get a rare with increased odds in comparison with our previous odd to get a lucky rare, something like if before was 1% chance to get a rare with a counter at 60 to get a sure rare if you didn't get now one before now is simply 2% chance to get a rare per draw with no counter to prevent bad luck streaks. If the situation is so then even if for many people the things are better than they used to be for some unlucky guys they are worse.

Why does the summon rebate starts at 13th? Like why? And the mission event...like srsly?! Really?? Stamina potions and charms that are 120 coupons and we have konoha shop for that...the ninjas sack def...218 for Tsunade??? Its like a random number or you voted on it?? And you put Rasa same as Obito???!! Cause we already have him and yeah lets make it incredible expensive ...wow what a let down...only good thing is sailor but 35 points...* thats like 70 coupons and she is 40 coupons at best on other events like sage....You ruin this event for me and I always bought boxes in this...

china treasures have draw caps just as we do, its about 40-80 for a rare which avarages at 60 but can go higher or lower depending on rng

Yes they do have a cap and counter btw i play in China but ... 40-80 rate nahh man tell this to my group mate that spend 150 on kage and didnt get not one rare and he was saving those scrolls from day one.... thats how people quit.. that is how...

For anyone interested:

you can get for free (assuming 1050 points), then cost per frag and cost to recruit/upgrade:

30 sailor sakura frags - 1050pts - then its 70cp/frag - 3500 to get missing 50 frags

11 masked man frags - 990pts - 180cp/frag - 12300 to get missing 69 frags (rest of free points included in cost)

11 rasa frags - 990pts - 180cp/frag - 3300 to recruit 2* / 6900 to upgrade from 2* to 3* (rest of free points included in cost)

17 charm packs - 1020pts - 120cp/pack

4 tsunade frags - 864 pts - 432cp/frag - 32460 to get missing 76 frags (rest of free points included in cost)

To summarize: dont buy charms except for free points. masked man seems okay, sailor too. Rasa last time he was available was for 110/frag, tsunade was for 430/1 or 510/1(not sure which was tsunade and which kyuubi), either way its slightly better than last time // anniversary events

Keep in mind those prices arent including anything from boxes. You can decrease overall price by ~20% because you get useful stuff like medium threads, medium refines, cave keys, mangatamas, scroll frags, coupons and a chance to get a ninja. Players that are past medium thread/refine level should wait for other event to get those ninjas if they want to minimize the cost.
