Got 6 kages then got all of them dupes killer bee twice then got chojuro and then danzo dupe again... Im at 1000 without free pulls ...no super rare.

Every rare seems to have 12,5% chance of pulling. With every rare you have that chance of obtaining a ninja you don't have decreases by 12,5%. There's no hidden "make life difficult for that player in particular" meter, it all depends on luck. Ive pulled 6 rares and not a single one of them was a duplicate, while other people pull 2 rares and their 3rd is already a duplicate. Statistically after your 4th rare you have 50/50 % to get either new or duplicate, after that the chance of obtaining something new only decreases. It isnt any mathematical proof because that takes into account less than 10 players, but some of the people on my server after pulling 4 different rares usually get 2-3 duplicates before getting a brand new rare (applies both to kage treasure and summon treasure).

I...actually kinda had the same luck, at about 300 pulls, and I've gotten 6 non rare dupes, weirdly enough, I got Killer Bee after Danzo, like, right after him.

940 scrolls in got everything but Darui. I'm just gonna buy him out when he comes out again in a event. Also got Mei 3 times and the same goes for Danzo. Almost forgot a dupe Kage Gara as well.

on 1k + i got all rare from kage treasures

420 Seals, 6 rares and 1 dupe (Onoki). I got my Onoki dupe on my 7th.

980 scrolls on Kage, cleared all Kages with a few dupes.

Only free rolls since then, picked up a sasuke susanoo today on free roll.

I'm only 100 scrolls into Kage, but I pulled Gaara and Danzo within those 100.
