Welp, since he's obtainable via "Event Gains", I'm guessing he's gonna be like Edo Haku. He's gonna be in a high purchasing event so the collectors who want him, or the rechargers/savers who want him for a lineup, can get him early. Honestly, I'm one of the collectors xD

Never mind, he's a reward in a new event called Limited Recruitmen, which is basically the slot machine, but Coupons are usable.

Here is my experience after 6000 ingot spined...I get 16 frags from that machine...so pretty much like 30k ingot for 80 frag.

His price is 8k-10k, if you go for that Wheel you are also spending for the other item. Better save up and wait for something like Dice/Sage/Time-limited Recruitment/Mobile Mission
