its aprox 50-60 ss to get a rare but you can go over from what some say
and you can't draw s itachi directly you have to piece him with frags...its like 1-2 frags every 100 draws(not sure)
its not aprox anything there is no garuntee at any pull rate you will get a rare is what they say now they say that it has anthershold where your odds increase i think having it at a set amount that is forsure and should be a bar displayed that says how many we have done and how many we need till the for sure one
