hey can any explain how main characters in china chase twice i saw a rasengan video and the wind main was able to chase twice

  • Maybe that's an update fro, 4.0? In China the game version is leaps and bounds ahead of ours. They already have the shippuden version of the mains.

  • That's a main re-balance update later on; where that specific chase can activate twice. There is no system change.


do you need skill book for the main character in order to upgrade it

  • No skill books for mains, the skills just changes overtime, with game updates.
