They exactly know its bugged but they wont tell you that to dont give free compensation. I wasted 100 scrolls and not even 1 rare ninja(on kage ofc, other treasures works fine). As i saw on forum many people had same issue. They will keep saying its percentage chance to draw rare (XD). Mods if you dont know ur own game its not good.

i think so and they dont want to fix or they will fix without any compensation. im talking about my 90ss when i reported 2nd time and they will say about by 10 draw? lol i drew 1 at a time for 90 ss? im crazy.. Mods say it was brought to there attention and don't make any further thread but how come this is the reply i got?

jeeezzzz thats bad i still want to know whatsnup i saw someone say it happened in germany for a week or two after 3.0 so i, sure it will fix but if that was the case why not fix it before or at least tell us

Really dont know man...i have 120 saved up really wanted my super rare but wont pull if the treasure is like that.

I would like to see official statement but they keep lying that nothing is bugged with this treasure ....

i had that but wasted mine pulling i mean if it is bugged jsut let us know and tell us when its fixed seems like how most games would do it

I dont think it is ... a guy on my server was cursing that he got a rare (mifune) in 150 pulls ... just today so i guess its not fixed.. 60 more and he could have get Han or Roshi including all the other ninjas in their treasures and probably one of them twice :D ... that is the worst part... on the other note Itachi susano frags are very rare now in KAge treasure... they lowered them a lot.. i can see that edo tensei has the best chance to get itachi susano frags...

thats my point why would old treasure go up it should go down and newer ones should be higher since new ninja are usualky better i dont get it same as all things in the game why cant older less usefule things be cheaper? things should get cheaper over time notbharder to get

this will make me draw in jinchuriki treasures or edo treasure.but i need danzo.they really need to fix this it ruins game experience.

you will never know whether they fix it or not. because they wont ever admit there was a bug

I understand the frustration you feel, however if you wish to report a bug, any kind of evidence would be needed.

This situation would require a video of pulling in a treasure to show that indeed, rare ninjas do not appear.

That being said, the fact that those do not appear may be caused by bad luck. I'm not saying this particular situation is 100% luck's fault, just giving it as a possibility.

how am i suppose to make a video? i used already my 90 ss. do you want me to waste another set just to prove it and get nothing in return?

Guys, oasis does not formerly recognise nor support the notion that fixed rates exist. Such that oasis has no reason or are compelled to compensate you when you didnt receive a rare/super rare at X number of draws.

Just make it a public service announcement and stop anyone from pulling in kage for right now. Once a lot of complains/reports about rates being changed without notice comes in Oasis will eventually have to make an announcement or the topic falls into obscurity. Otherwise complaining about it is not helping much like Qolem says get evidence, ask yourself and anyone who is willing to pay to reveal this changed rates with statistics. I suggest asking your local GL as of what I know they still are compensated with in-game coupons for the work they do.

seems like couldnt they send the coups the themselves... and try and test it i mean what do normal games to when they encounter a bug? dont they test it isnt this a instance where sending admin things would make sense or some sort of test server accs to test this idk seems like it would be easier for them to tesr and seems weird to ask players to spend and provide evidence and use recourses when they could easly run a series of tests and could even get the correct statistics make a test server and run several different tests with unlimited scrolls since its a test server and would effect things and im faily sure thats how other games do it thats what i would do

yes you are correct on your point. Why would a person who reported already who spent his scrolls try to do it again? then when proven its a bug he will not get back the scrolls used. so he will be wasting twice just prove them wrong.I'm a developer myself there are logs in each account they should now what happened else if they dont have those they should try themselves as its free things for them for everything. Not everybody who summons always takes a video. they must take that into consideration. As for myself this is the first time i complained something. what will i do now after i already used all my 90seal scroll. they want me to buy another 60 to 90 seal scroll just to prove to them there is a bug? then what? they might fix it then what will i get nothing. just a waste of coupons for scrolls.

I can't believe they don't have a test server where they just us gm tabs and selfsend 2000 seal scrolls to try it.
