i thought it was being brought to the attention of developers? why suddenly after more than 48 hours this is the reply i got from customer service. Of course im drawing by ten im not *.

Hello ninja!Thank you for contacting us.The mechanic in question is working normally. You only receive a ninja for sure by using the "DRAW TEN" *on, not if you open the treasure individually.The ninjas listed have a lower chance of appearing and multiple other unlisted ninjas may also be looted from the box.If you already posses the ninja you won, you will be offered fragments of the ninja depending on its starting star level.Thank you for your patience and understanding!Best regards, Your Naruto Online team

i think so and they dont want to fix or they will fix without any compensation. im talking about my 90ss when i reported 2nd time and they will say about by 10 draw? lol i drew 1 at a time for 90 ss? im crazy.. Mods say it was brought to there attention and don't make any further thread but how come this is the reply i got?

    I understand the frustration you feel, however if you wish to report a bug, any kind of evidence would be needed.

    This situation would require a video of pulling in a treasure to show that indeed, rare ninjas do not appear.


    That being said, the fact that those do not appear may be caused by bad luck. I'm not saying this particular situation is 100% luck's fault, just giving it as a possibility.

how am i suppose to make a video? i used already my 90 ss. do you want me to waste another set just to prove it and get nothing in return?

  • seems like couldnt they send the coups the themselves... and try and test it i mean what do normal games to when they encounter a bug? dont they test it isnt this a instance where sending admin things would make sense or some sort of test server accs to test this idk seems like it would be easier for them to tesr and seems weird to ask players to spend and provide evidence and use recourses when they could easly run a series of tests and could even get the correct statistics make a test server and run several different tests with unlimited scrolls since its a test server and would effect things and im faily sure thats how other games do it thats what i would do

yes you are correct on your point. Why would a person who reported already who spent his scrolls try to do it again? then when proven its a bug he will not get back the scrolls used. so he will be wasting twice just prove them wrong.I'm a developer myself there are logs in each account they should now what happened else if they dont have those they should try themselves as its free things for them for everything. Not everybody who summons always takes a video. they must take that into consideration. As for myself this is the first time i complained something. what will i do now after i already used all my 90seal scroll. they want me to buy another 60 to 90 seal scroll just to prove to them there is a bug? then what? they might fix it then what will i get nothing. just a waste of coupons for scrolls.
