I had opened the Tendo Treasure Box Upon reaching Lv50. However, I did not receive one of the designated 3-star Ninja (as promised on the Tendo Treasure Box). Instead I received 20 ninja fragments for the standard Kakashi. Not the Kakashi (Beheading Sword). I would like to know if there is any way this can be rectified due to the fact that seal scrolls are very rare and they have now been spent.

I am having difficulty posting the screenshots on the forum. Also, I am at level 51 and I don't have sufficient Chunin or Anbu scrolls for upgrading. I am afraid I might have been the victim of some bugs. I had received 6 Chunin scrolls and 2 Anbu scrolls from the Ninja Exams earlier in the game.
