Bug Description:request timeout is already okay not until the time of ninetails invasion there is a system error occurred and the request time out gets back... please fix it

uhhmm.. excuse me it's me again...
i'm still experiencing the request time out..
i have created some character from different server but it seems it is not affected by the said problem...
it means it is not in my internet...
it is only in my main character....
please fix it....
