Daiske, seems not even one of the new talents main characters have updated from 2.0 work. Is this the reason why the full and detailed patch notes are still not on display?

I'm talking about the main characters talents. Breeze Dancers, Crimson Fist, Scarlet Blaze, Azure Fang, Midnight Blade. Every single talent that is no more the same in 3.0 as it used to be in 2.0 right now still works as it used to work in 2.0 even if their descriptions and icons are updated to 3.0 versions.
