Description of the problem you are experiencing :In world tree i spent 1000 coupons to try and finish piecing together nagato. i redeemed 9 nagato fragments which should put me at 72 however when i checked, i had got none of them. I thought it might just be because i was on mobile but when i tried on my computer they weren't there either. i am still at 63 fragments.
