Description of the problem you are experiencing: When I log in. it's pretty normal yet. until I see this email ( look Screenshot ) our leader just log in yesterday, I don't why we got this email. and after that. when I battle in survival trial or any kind of battle suddenly got (look screenshot) Illegal actions? .i never encounter that. then after that. the space-time became empty too. no players. and the last everyone is offline due to this BUG

Description of the problem you are experiencing: I don't know if I can prove this or you believe but I promise I didn't receive also I didn't report this, is because of I thought the only mysterious stone will receive instead 50,000 moon scroll will receive. now its really clear that I didn't receive moon scroll now. I was doing Matsuri Challange. I got 3700 moon scroll from email but I didn't receive anything from groceries only Sun Scroll. only I got moon scroll is Team Instance, Strong Approach. that's all the rest I didn't receive moon scroll anything. it's far beyond. I'm really sad :(. I need refund 50,000 + 3700 moon scroll. if cant. Thank you very much. I hope you fixed this bug. need moon scroll :'( This bug is from May 19, 2019, to June 2, 2019. :'(. and if you see I have 1236 mysterious stone. still, I didn't receive moon scroll :'(
