Do you still have the issue? here are some common fixes for app and website, Try delteing the catch for your web browers and deleteing the catch on the app, if your getting a black screen hit that little + *on and it will force the program to work. I hope you get this issue fixed. hit us back with more info.
yeah i try that but nothing hapend still load to 100% and then black

  • when loading in the bottom left hand side of the screen click the little + *on and try and get it to force load the game. I have had that issue before and it fixed it pretty quickly.

oh and when u using web and click that it start download naruto.zip

    the little plus bottom on the bottom left hand side of the screen should fix your issue.

tks and u should know that happen when i fighting in matsuri and my battle dont move (stay still) just like lag or something normal( i think) then i wait for a few mins but nothing happen after that a notice appear it said something about abort fight and i cant log in from that time This post was last edited by EstherViper at 2017-7-11 05:40

  • Check to see if you are dropping packets and speed test yourself, might be a packet loss issue.
finally i can log in to my sever now zzz
i think that was a bug
