It wouldn't surprise me if this SA was bugged.

Guildmate and I just cleared difficult. I ran LM, GNW hinata, sasuke and kakashi and he has FM, Danzo, Hiruzen and death reaper Hidan? I totally forgot what the name of that Hidan is called but it's not the normal one.

So not being able to clear debuffs with an ability that specifically says it clears all debuffs is a feature? Would be really dandy if it was written in the game.

Ran it with regular teams in party. Plowed through it just fine. Wasn't as clean as yugara, but still not that bad. Can't figure out how to do it solo yet.

A few things about this SA: debuff immunity is disabled, and debuff clearing is disabled. Danzo and Itachi have infinite initiative. A lot of chaos last 2 rounds and not just 1.

Ive managed to reliably beat it now in a 2man party with me on a pure tank team and my friend on pure dmg team . I guess teams that can recover hp and do dmg will be fine.

I cleared normal with LM, Guy, Kimi, and Kabuto. There are YT videos for it. Guy interrupts Sasuke's mystery every time for me. I don't have great initiative either.
