Hello,

First, where do you report someone abusing ''alts''?

Is it considered abuse if you use multiple alts to participate in GNW?

If yes, I would like to report it - but do anyone know where I can do it? Is it also possible to do it privately, as in, I don't want people from my server to know?

I paid Customer Service a visit, but I couldn't find where to go.

Him, himself, admitting that he benefits his main with alt(s) is considered proof, then yes. :P

Ok everyone, I contacted customer support and apparently making alts to benefit main isn't abuse and they don't punish people for doing that (I'm only assuming now, as my request didn't really get ''answered'').

Yes everyone, using a secondary account on the same server seems to be against the rules. Here is the answer from their side:
