Round 1 : Use Main Mystery After Karin Uses Hers to block out any poision.

Round 2 : Let Choji Combo your team with His mystery and use Sage Naruto Ability On Guy, Should be able to kill Karin through AOE damage behind Guy since she has around 20k Hp. Guy should live with 10k Hp and Tsunade heals him for 2-3k More.

Round 3 : Use Mei Mystery On Tsunade, Kills Guy and Fire Main Standard Attack Should put Choji to Sleep. Tsunade Heals Him and She Uses Her Mystery. (She Used Her Mystery On Mei but Didnt kill her)

Round 4: Sage Naruto Mystery on Tsunade to kill her, Use Iruka Mystery On Choza. Make Choji asleep once again. Use Fire Main Ability To Give Sheild
(Fire Main and Mei had Chaos so Round 4: Use it to sheild them and remove debuffs)

Round 5 : The rest lies to you, should be a easy fight.
