Yep! As a water main user, I can confidently say that GNW Kiba and AF fit well together. ^^ My main lineup has GNW Kiba and there are times when I beat people with higher power than mine in pvps. XD I truly believe he is useful with AF. XD

Well GNW Kiba and Water poison team is good but not sure it holds up in Kage meta.

Gnw kiba is good for ranked and for starters team. But if you found a good team you probably can defeat kages
