I've seen Water main, Mei, Sailor Sakura, and Sage Naruto being used together on a team, like so:

Naruto generates a clone every turn and sakura has her healing passive to tank damage. They're used as your tanks, the double heals from wm and sakura are your sustain, mei's chase is your control, the ignite/poison from wm and mei are your DoT, and naruto/mei are your damage. This team works best when you can outspeed your enemy, so that you get the 40% buff from mei's barrier and interrupt the enemy's r2 mystery with your sage naruto -> mei chase (takes a bit of prediction.) I do not understand why you need to use AF as a full healer in that setup. Why not use gold monkey, neurotoxin, 3rd chase and skewering with mei and AF swapped? Mei mystery is full nin and do negligible damage against high resistances. Most of the lineups against whom you * with it run clones against whom naruto as a standard attack combo starter is useless. Mei is there more as a bait so that your enemy hits her in round 2 thinking you have regenerative healing jutsu, instead you use skewering to start a 6 combo that removes buffs/shields and chaoses the enemy and you add after sage naruto mystery to spread poison if needed and maybe to kill one enemy, if not you keep it for round3 to start again the combo. If they aren't idiot at that point they'll try to cc or nuke your main but then naruto is free and his mystery will make proc mei chase instead of main one and in the meanwhile sakura heals with mystery and passive and main too with standard attack if she get healed and you use mei mystery to wipe out what's there left if you used before naruto.

EDIT: just beware that whatever team you can think to use with sailor sakura is nowhere near the mei, mabui, tenten gnw one you can run right now.
Another option you can try is the annoying healing setup with kabuto, sailor sakura, kimimaro where you use reserve seal, 4th standard attack, poison tai and skewering with monkey king. Works better than the one with healing tips and full healing on AF. For it to work as the immortal team you need, sadly, hokage tsunade.

i've used that sailor sakura,mei and sage naruto team alot before and it's VERY effective as long as you're not too low in power compared to the other person.
