Hi Oasis, I'm from S370, so the Space Time bracket I am playing in is S310 onwards. There are several spammers who fill the screen with spam. While I understand it is free for anyone to use, the content of the spam is offensive and targeted at filipinos/pinoys. While I am not of that ethnicity I do believe that such offensive behaviour should be moderated. The main culprit(s) in question are Jonin Medal player(s) named "GayL0rd" (targeting pinoys) "NguyễnHảisGay" (targeting pinoys and indonesians) and today marks the third bigot in the crew "♛ⒸⓇⓎⓅⓉ♛" (targeting indonesians). Multiple people have been advised to report these people, but it might also be fair to get a number of liaisons and moderators to login and see it for themselves. Their behaviour is preventing people from cheering and commenting in the matches, and is insulting a large proportion of the player base. Perhaps you can introduce a temporary ban on abusive players to prevent their spamming in chats? Btw I mean just disable their chat priviledges for a duration befitting the level of infringement on the ToS. Just saying that this has been going on since the start of Season 2 Space-Time.

Quoting your terms of service, under Rules of Conduct/Usage

So please consider that letting these few do as they please, violate the ToS and ruin the game for everyone else is not profitable in the long run, not conducive for the players and it is morally wrong for them to behave as they currently are.
