Phew! Well thanks for the info guys. I was worrying that with fully broken Sage Naruto beingso OP, ppl are gonna rush to 4-star him thus inflate his price. Good to know that that won't happen for a while.

you won't need to 4 star him to skill break him, other nins are also like this. But the rates if getting the better skills are lower.

About Skill Breakthrough. If this is a "talent change system", Which version do you choose? German or Chinese??
I heard the German version is not very usable.

the german version is the original chinese version, it'll get updated and ad mutations later on.

i can tell you now that if i was following his tips i'd be 50k power after 3 years of playing, so i listened to myself and now im here at 68k as a f2p

to be fair he wasn't playing 3 years straight, he stopped playing for a while and went to the Taiwanese server.
