Seriously how could they have known it was a bug? You guys all get so angry about nothing. No where is stated in the event box that he was supposed to get it AFTER the event. It only says once a likeliness has reached a 1000 you willl get Itachi. If Hokage office sends you an award, you extract it, simple as that. We all do that.

Perhaps not literally 5 minutes (figure of speach) but definitely not 2 hours, we were talking when he got it and just a short while after, the maintenance was announced on forums.

it says in the "rewards" page of the event "rewards will be sent through in game mail mail after event ends!"
I struggle to word my thoughts well so, sorry but I feel the need to point out I am not angry in the slightest, the people posting getting genuinely angry about a complete stranger getting 1 character in a video game is beyond me, i've never been upset over a game. just came here to see what was happening and my OCD mind I had to point the above quote out.

Oasis blocking an account of a player because they messed up on their end is a * way to handle this. Hopefully you will be back up and playing very soon

True, but only on the events page. There is nothing in the game itself. They can't expect everybody to read the forum. A lot of players don't.

i was getting tsunade from the mail which i dont need ( my tsunade already 5 star )
then my account got blocked on the time of semi final vs romeosama so i could not login

i missed my space time semi final vs romeosama because my account is blocked..

so unfair ,
I already e-mail them twice
hope they compensate with fairness
ps : until now my account still blocked and cant login for daily, etc

The rollback takes a while especially for so many different servers...we just have to wait patiently until they sort it all out.
