Above Video shows that the Talent is NOT buffing all ninjas as said in the Skill description as depicted below.



You'll notice in the clip that only the Wind Main and Naruto receive the Talents Buff, when it should also buff, " Killer Bee, Kabuto & Minato " as they too are on the same 'row' as the Wind Main.
