If you have 10k more power and you can't oneshot tsunade, then you have some serious problems. Do you want to beat it?
If you run the mb root/bloodthirsty team stay quiet and cry because it's normal that on par power or even slightly higher power you lose, because yes, with kimimaro/hinata or any other tank, that's your antimeta and makes sense that on par power and skill you always lose because your round1 is completely nullified.

Then play smart.
Use round1 mysteries after they used their 3rd or 4th standard attack (depending on the fact if you have higher or lower initiative) and use your first prompt move in round2 to oneshot tsunade with a combo streak. Tsunade defense and resistance is * you should be able to nuke her even with 2-3k less power if you didn't move wrongly in round 1. Then nuke in round 3 water main and you have won.

Example of what i usually do with mei, mabui, tenten gnw, af lineup: round 1: i wait for enemy 4th standard attack and then i use tenten gnw mystery. Round 1 asap i use mabui mystery on tsunade. If tsunade is dead (and usually is) i keep mei mystery for round 3. Round 3 i use mei on enemy azure fang after azure fang uses his standard attack. Doesn't matter if af is again at full hp it will start round 4 a lot weakened and i use mabui on azure fang as soon as round 4 starts + tenten mystery. This is guaranteed win if they have higher initiative than me unless they are 10k+ power than me.

Just as i said, on par power but even up to 4-5k power difference, mei, mabui, tenten gnw, af meta wins against it 100% of the times if used correctly. The same goes for naruto ninetails chakra (yes here also the 2 star version works fine since it ignites sailor sakura every round and his mystery is more than enough to start a combo that nukes tsunade in round2), bee, kk gaara, bd wins 100% of the times on par power. The iruka, wb asuma, mifune/danzo/darui lineup with mb works too with bloodthirsty demon on par power, overall if you select the 3rd standard attack, because if they run that team then at least on between azure fang and tsunade are mooded ninjutsu to heal more, so one of the two have the lowest hp.

Maybe because there are 100 ways to remove it and to apply it again you need to actually hit the enemy? A poison stack lasts 3 rounds if you aren't hit again infact, like every poison effect. The only triple healer team that works as good as you point out is tsunade hokage, sailor sakura + a tank. Every other full 3 healers team doesn't work as good as that one (yes, kabuto or shizune could be a good substitute for hokage tsunade even if still not even close to her and no other ninja could be a good substitute for sakura sailor uniform). So, lets talk honestly about that lineup.
That lineup uses an uncommon ninja and an ultra pay to win ninja, so, to do a comparison, you have to make it with comparable lineups.
As for example the followings:
1st: Crimson fist with Naruto Ninetails chakra 4 star, Onoki/Gaara 5th kazekage, Iruka/Bee.
2nd: Cursed Hidan, Hashirama/Danzo, Bee/Iruka, Scarlet Blaze.
3rd: Sasuke susano'o, Danzo, Iruka/Mifune, Midnight blade.
Now if you honestly think that team on par power and initiative is stronger than the 3 i've talked about then we have a point of discussion.
Otherwise we just do comparisons between kabuto/shizune, kimimaro/amber/choji/choza, sailor sakura, azure fang teams and other more or less common teams we can have out there.
