mei, kaze gaara, kimmimaro, gakido, kabuto , sasori, ao, tenten, sage naruto, iruka , pb sasuke are actually good in ranked battle, anything that can tank or good puppets/clones , plus heal and ignite/poison helps

its best you try to build a strategy of your own, use simulator to help
