I have more or less a good idea about how this works but, as the title says, can somebody explain me what are the specific differences among these terms? Thanks.

Team is the 7 ninjas you have with you, which can be swapped out when in combat, before the battle starts.
Lineup is your combonation of 4 ninjas, most of the time your main, unless it's ranked battle.
Field is for Ti and GNW mostly the people your with.

Usually what those things mean
Lineup = max 4 ninjas (+ clones), that can combo together, share chakra amount, etc. Basically, what you fight with in Sage World Battlefield, Space-Time, Matsuri,...
Team = 4 lineup ninjas + 3 other, that you can see in Character interface. Before any PvE fight (Exam, TI, GI, Instance), you have the option to switch your lineup ninjas with the others on your team.
(However, descriptions of skills and passives doesn't make any difference between lineup and team, the only place where this matter is Ninja Test.)
Field = max 3 teams on one side of the screen, like in ranked or Great Ninja War.

However, due to incorrect translation there are exceptions, for example;
Hanzo
Poison Eliminating - Cancel 1 Debuff on each individual of your entire team.
Summoning Jutsu: Salamander - Cause damage and Poisoning to up to 12 units from opponent's entire team.
In reality, he can cure/hit all 3 teams...

Onoki, Mei, Darui and Danzo
Their barrier skills say that they buff "all ninjas on your team", however they buff all 3 teams (and in case of having multiple of the same barrier caster, like 3x Mei in Great Ninja War, all will get the bonus)

Mifune
Kendo Instruction - Increase attack and ninjutsu of up to 9 sword-bearing ninjas from your team.
In fact, he can buff other teams as well.

And so on...
