His 1st position ninja has higher initiative than your 1st pos ninja.
Scenario

you have 250 all initiative to all your ninjas

your opponent has 210 initiative to all his ninjas but his 1st pos ninja has 315 refines. He will go first because his 1st pos is faster than yours.

his pos 1 initiative is all white, and mine is all on green. so i should have more initiative

So his purifications are all white, what about his refine level of each items as well?

Even if yours is all green but your Refinement level is all 4, and his is all white with Refinement level all 7, then your base of 125 counts for nothing if his base is 250. In fact if you're at 4 and he's at 7, even if you have all 100% Gold purification, you only just broke even with him. Not forgetting Charms level on the helmet adds Initiaitive. (This Refinement level of 4 and 7 is an example. You may have higher or lower... we wouldn't know since it wasn't mentioned.)

In addition to refine level, BA level and initiation rune in 8 gates will also impact this.

we are still at lvl 50. i have 3 ninjas with level 3 refine. his is level 2 refine with all ninjas

got the same battle armor, we still dont have 8 gates
