• Wanted mission gives 2 each, which means 5x wanted is 10, the two SHARE a limit of 10 (thou you CAN get 11 by going to odd number with sweep then wanted, 9 is less than 10, so you can get more, and you get 2 at once to 11)
  Anyway, the point is, if you did wanted first, you wont get any from plot/elite
