So what's the bug here?

The 1st 4 tasks states that clearing all 12 Survival Trial every day, you can obtain those stated rewards.
Whereas the last 3 tasks with regards to clearing with certain number of ninja losses, the rewards can only be obtained once throughout the duration of the event. These 3 tasks do not reset daily.

Right, the first ones I can do but the other rewards were never obtained since they'd just say that they're claimed everyday when clearly they never were since in my inventory it only said I had collected like 6 fragments when there should of been more. Everyone else in my server seems to not be having this issue though so I'm not sure why it's only me but I first saw this on the first day of the event but didn't bother with it and thought that maybe I'd just wait for the following day but still never got them after I finished the trials fully.

The daily rest ones only give you 6 seal fragments total. The last 3 missions are one time only, and do not reset. There is no bug.

That bug of showing it was already claimed did occur on the 1st day, and the mods were informed and it was rectified within 8 hours, after which it could be claimed.

But if you insist that is possible that your account is still being bugged and think that you didn't claim it, then send a private message to Tobei to inform him so he can guide you through the necessary steps to solve the problem.

Cause as far as I know, no one have the problem anymore after its been rectified. The only problem remains is the selecting of ninjas, which have had a go over explained.

okay..maybe it'll work tomorrow I'll probably wait to see if anything changes. ^^
