Does healing tips apply to all 3 fields or just the field the character's in?
I.e water mains healing tips affecting a kabuto on the second team

I think it does buff the healing rate on everyone who can heal for your side. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm pretty sure it applies only to 1 team. I have tried it in ranked battle.It only buffs 1 lineup although i had 2 more healers on other teams
