I am currently using her as well and here are the line-ups I use. The first one is what I use generally for Sage/PVP purposes; the second one, either for team play or GNW. I switch them from time to time though X)
I know they're not the best team that could give you a lot of combos, but they certainly can hold up well and have good damage, imo. :D

god-level water team formation :D how did you obtain four tail naruto though? it was so difficult to get his fragments.

What are the talents for 1st and 2nd formation?

It's the same for both formations ^-^

* you are lucky to get him from wheel I put 15k ingots into it each time and no naruto.
For Tsunade she mostly shines in immortal teams

Water Main + Hokage Tsunade + Sailor Sakura + Another ninja that deals lots of dmg

Depending who you have, there are a couple variations of immortal teams;
1. 4/6 tails, Sailor, AF, Tsunade
2. Sus Sasuke, Sailor, AF, Tsunade
3.Kimmimaro, AF,Tsunade,Sailor
4.Earth, Killer bee, 4/6tails/sage naruto, tsunade.

Kabuto makes a somewhat decent sub for sailor.

You c*e a variations of mains with this next one, but doubt youll have them all.
1.Main, Tsunade,Hashi,Minato I messed around with it and surprisingly worked and was fun. Works best with water main and chaos talents for a pure control team and heal std, and minato just does his thing.
