I'm hoping some of the other staff at Oasis like Daisuke can help me :( Support never told me why they couldn't help. If Oasis really can't help me with this I really want to know why. Depends on your usage. If you are going for the super healer team, then upgrade star on her could prove quite helpful. Since the super healer team can reliably remove ignition and recover majority of damage suffered easily, it is mostly only vulnerable to one-turn-kills, and higher base health, def and resistance should make that more difficult. So upgrading her star could potentially be more useful than "normal"

Thou I'm not sure if it's worth the investment, might be cheaper to upgrade her hp/def/res some other way, charms perhaps, whoever knows.

Why did you get extra 10 frags when the limit is 80 ?

there's no limit in fragments... because either way you can refine it.. if there's an excess fragments of 5 star

Its because I already had 10 fragments of her but I accidentally typed in to buy all 80 fragments from the treasure of the Sage. Thats how I ended up with 90 fragments. I've recruited her now so I'm left with just the 10 fragments of Sailor Sakura being all useless sitting in my inventory. But since this matter doesn't involve any direct injection of money into Oasis' treasury I guess its below them to even bother with it. I wish customer support was actually helpful when you needed it.

The thing is that this time is not oasis fault or caused by a bug. Is your own lack of attention that caused this so I see no reason why they should restore your coupons. I do not think that you're the only player who bought more or something unintentionally.

I don't know what you are expecting man , it's your own fault , you should have looked better while buying , there is nothing Oasis can do for you there
