Han was never a S+ ninja, he was only rated as such due to the meta being shifted from Blitz.

However, the moment newer teams opened up, the less useful Han became. He's extremely situational and will remain as such.

It was only a matter of time before he dropped and with more and more teams and characters being released, it was only right

It's because he exists.

Therefore players dont rely on buffs to win anymore with Roshi and Ay 3rd exist.

These two can break through his float immunity.

1v1 team longer the fight Han doesn't stand a chance.

There are still blitz team, but not many.

Even stronger blitz can still kill Han with 4 (3) standards.

Is he still good? Yes he is, still a decent front line for f2p players. But it's not his prime time anymore.

p.s. I love Cee now.

He used to be awful. But after a game play with him. He actually shined pretty well. Blind is probably most underestimated debuff in the game.

Put blind after ignite against heal team you will their hp dropped faster than you expect.

I think you got Hokage Minato under ranked. Paired with the right ninjas he is a GOD. Especially paired with Konan and doubling the tag on the map, or using Konan ability to create a tag on an individual if you want.. Both of them with HIGH DODGE. Add that to breeze dancer with the refresh skill. I can literally spam Minato AOE with all that tag going around.

Im running Breeze Dancer- Hokage Minato- Konan, and Shippuden Gara.. When i added Konan to the team.. it has almost made GARA absolute and for no use besides being a tank, and his defense buff at the beginning. I barely use him anymore.

Chaos on the chase, chaos on the auto, and massive shield+ heal + debuff cleanse and the debuff reflect make her pretty busted, especially since she is easily 5 starred and skillbroken

What skills you using?

Utility that belongs in God tier. Unfortunately a 3CD keeps her im check.

Mirror Passive + strong control added to her kit with a good growth set? She's great.

Spoiler Alert: New God Ninja

With GNW Hinata update, would you increase her rank to S?

She hits super hard in Arena, even without buffs and her repulse dmg is insane.

Plus her passive is pretty legit in arena that makes she keeps going hard.

She isn't so bad in real pvp either. She works really well with poison Tai or Breeze's flower guard and MB lightning buffs.
