Madara does not have the one thing that'll make him a god, and that's debuff immunity. On top of that, he has the worst type of immunity in the game.

If it was Nin, sure, he'll be an amazing unit. But that's neither the case.

Kurama Naruto is just a much better overall ninja compared to Madara.
