I'm not sure how I can be of help but I use 3 star Kakashi, 2 star Hinata and 2 star Sakura. I'm a breeze dancer user too. Hinata is lined up at the top front, Breeze dancer is at the centre middle, Sakura at the centre back and Kakashi at the bottom back.

i suggest shizune over sakura, they will combo better, sakura and hinata dont combo. but yea u need to get kakashi
@lvl 35 having the best lineup isnt that serious bc youre still fairly early on. the concern is moreso getting fragments for strengthening ninja and gettng new ninja, and ofcourse keeping you power on par atleast ideally above average. when you start getting into the 40's i think it will matter more. in arena and things of that nature youre going to be at a disadvantage either way since you dont have the skills or summons unlock so you main concern right now is preparing to getting strong as possible
