What's going on? Did something change or not? Reply

10 draws dont give NEW ninja every time, they just give A ninja and when you have that ninja already you get frags for it based on the star level it starts with.

draw 10 guaranteed a 3 stars ninja ( it can be ninjas you already have or not )

ugh...each time I did a draw 10, it gave me a new ninja...guess now I have to wait a long time till I get Sage Naruto...
