1＃ Go Toi have experienced some nasty bug in eight inner gates
my 4 ninjas have complete eight inner gates chakra and i decided to switch the other chakra to another ninja so i remove all of the chakra's of my 2 ninjas
and then i start to put then on by one by double clicking it. and then i realized when i have to put all the spare chakra, 4 of my runes are gone and they are all gold chakra runes!. i tried to refresh and play at mini client but no luck.
im very sure i didnt fuse it with other chakra(im aware what is happening)
and when i searched up the forums. i see some others experience the exact problem but its already closed onehttp://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=9205&highlight=
please fix it . i dont want others to experinced it

Yesterday i tried something to prove this bug... I double clicked quickly for detache some runes from chars and they are swallowing each other if you do so... I locked them all and nothing happened... Just a message like ,,this fussion is not possible'' or something like this.
Advice : Try lock all your runes before working with them... Just in case... Is a nice measure to encounter some losts.

Normally, when you fuse two chakra, there is a warning box of X is going to fuse with Y and gain ??? exp, do you want to proceed
Was there such a warning box when you did your trial? If not, THAT is most certainly a bug and something they should compensate for. -

no warning or whatsoever. i just removed the chakra and then reseat them in other ninjas and that happened -

actually i didnt get used to it since i have completed my chakra runes slot. almost 2 months i didnt use eight gates function until yesterday. i just locked them now. but now i have 4 gold runes missing. so bad haha -

Yes!
We encourage players to use the lock system as frequent as possible.
To avoid any potential accidental charka feeding.
If I may ask, were the four Charka runes locked? -

all of them are not locked but from the start i have gained chakra runes, i didnt locked them (i didnt know that there's lock function) and thats the sad part for me. -

u just need missclicked once, all will gone. maybe u not know when u click it or why can u click it, but u should go so far from "Synthesize in one" *on ! -

try ask u'r friend, maybe u give to some ppl u'r password and email. just need to log off 15 min, all can gone xp hahahah -

Unfortunately, that's the problem.
Due to the runes not being locked, they were accidentally fed to another one.
In the future, make sure to lock the runes you wish to keep! -
