Did you click on the day? When you are on the server past midnight, the Benefit Hall won't pop up the next day when you log in. You'll have to go in and click on it yourself. You have to make a habit of going to benefit hall everyday and making sure today's date is checked.

That's why i asked my group members about it, but their calender said the exact same thing

If you're saying that every member in your group isn't getting that sign in recorded on a particular day, which means possibly your entire server, then report it as a bug.

Cause I know it doesn't seem to pop up that window now and some have not clicked it that day but insist it's a bug, cause they didn't manually go into that Daily Benefit window.

You and your group mates can report it if you manually clicked, tbh the only way to sucessfully report it is to take a screenshoot of the benefit hall opened on the day in question and then another showing that the very next day it didn't count. That is screenshooting daily just to make sure you can prove you had it opened on the correct day and it didn't count.

Even then don't expect oasis to give you the missing fragments.

Benefit hall does not always pop up when you login. So make sure you open up benefit hall daily.

Also, if you're feeling unsafe, what i would suggest is to take a screenshot of your calendar everyday.
