Thats a little unfair if you want a bigger discount for stuff. At that point daily special is not even considered special at all.

I guess there are 2 side for this, If its pure RNG then the discount voucher you get will depend on how much ingots/coupons you spend, but if this event has a cap (which most online games do to preserve the quality of an item) then it doesn't matter how much you spend, you will only get what the daily cap has to offer (given that the daily cap is not reached).

Additionally, you may obtain a higher % voucher. However, those are rarer.

It's pure rng and it *s because you can't go back and use the discount voucher on previous days. Was gonna get Swimsuit Ino but not now because I can't use a voucher.

yup u can get in the lucky bag event but only 10% voucher theres no 20-30-50% there and its 100% hahaha

I've had players receive 30% vouchers from the lucky bag that can confirm differently.
Unfortunately, it's RNG and you'll have to be extremely lucky to receive it.
