so since the game has released i have had my in game sound turned off never again have i had sound in game until a few days ago now every time i log into the game the game music blasts into my headset at full volume and not only is it anoying but even makes the headset crackle due to the shear volume i have turned off the sound lowered the volume in my sound mixer and yet the next time i log in the volume is reset to max and the sound in game is turned back on. anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it

Unfortunately, it's probably due to your windows sound settings.
You may turn it down through your Sound > Volume Mixer and adjust Naruto-Online's volume.

I know.

Your PC isn't saving sound settings. As you've said it yourself that you've adjusted the volume, yet it doesn't remain the next time you open it. Of course, this applies if you're using the client.
If you're using the browser, it's a tad bit more complicated considering the setting is connected to the browser you use.
