I think they will give them manually after the maintenance with a coupon compensation to everyone that was affected by the bug.

Either it needs to wait until maint, auto or by hand
Or that all servers need to finish the event first
Or god knows what went wrong.
I don't think you need to be worried about it quite yet, do take a screenshot as proof of the ranking thou, just in case.

If you don't get it in 24 hours, then you REALLY need to be worried (and should cling tight to that screenshot)
