Why can't free seal treasure pulls be, instead of 48 hours, at 24 hours, 12 hours, 8 hours or 1 hour?
Why can't every single ninja exam node drop magatama on sweep? Why can't they drop up to lv 4 magatama instead of lv2?
Why can't we have unlimited convoy, as long as time allow, and unlimited SS convoy too? (Note given the time frame, this would be 48 max per day with maybe 5-10 SS, unless you pay to refresh)

There are a lot of things that CAN happen, doesn't mean it would or should. Greedy request that have no rational reason or basis is just that, greed.
At least people who are asking for extra free SS convoy have a reason, in that there is a disparity between convoy and plunder. I'm sure most can be satisfied with reduction to plunder reward, thou devs are against that on ground of wanting to reward top players.

Lol, what does this have to do with chase missions? To be honest chase missions everyday isn't asking a lot. There are a ton of characters in chase missions and very few fragments given depending on that character. F2P players would benefit from this nicely. Especially if you give a chance of getting 2 scrolls throughout the week. Help expand their pool of ninjas and aren't losing any profit by doing so. Would particularly help newer players. Maybe implement it to be unlocked at lvl 25 or 30

Not really free. Some characters like beheading kakashi take forever to put together. And the frags are low enough to where it would take a few months to piece together a ninja. I mean they would have to adjust when some ninjas show up. Tendo for example gives one frag....we cant have him popping up in chase every week. some tweaks would be needed if they ever did implement this.
