This is on purpose guys. The wheel was previously rigged at around 5k, so indeed 5% of that is 250 and 10% is 500. The thing is, with all this that came to public, they still decide to continue to rig it, but messed up. Now, people are less likely to land in any of the %, but when they do, they still win the same ammount of coupons that it was when it was a pool of around 5K. So as you see, they decreased the likely of players winning something, and when they win, it's still the same as when it was rigged before. The pool is almost 50k and yet people only get 250coupons for 5% and 500cps for 10%.

im just telling you what the hard caps are. if someone gets 10% it's gonna be max 500cps instead of almost 5k

If Oasis sais officialy " we add 30k to the pool " and then you start spending and realise that drop rates changed

They didn't do it , so the moment the wheel climbed over 6k coupons every smart and inteliggent being could smell that something goes wrong and stop spending !

Well, people got really upset because they like this game. Soon the attitude will be indifferent and in the end they don't care anymore and just quit. I'll just await how everything will die down and oasgames can live in their own dreamworld with their 100 people player base spread over 500 servers

Every smart and intelligent should know that if such things happen with a so large player base people will fall for it and get upset, even smart and intelligent people. Some people will realize it before which is dependant on cir*stances and mood too or on how a large dispay they play. Its pretty random in the end. And the result is predictable. But i guess you cant think that far. And in the end some people which really low self esteem will show up and have so less in their life that they even have to say to themselves at such a predictable event they are better than others. Funny thing is that Game Liaisons play on regular servers AND getting paid by Oasis.

hmm 5100 cupons prize pool as of yesterday when it peaked, and around 4300 when i was going to bed at night with around 1-2 pay outs of 5 and 10% per hour in my server, next morning prize pool increased x 10 to 50.000 cupons.. in less than 8 hours since my last visit, and now litterally 5-10 people getting 50 cupons per half hour.. hmm yes this seems legit:lol

64k now...and not a single person won anything since 7am or so. lol that fellow was yatsuxD...he was probably the luckiest fellow around since he was actually about to get shipped on the same boat as everybody else. Regarding that thread, that guy complaining is Baruto from server 230. We estimate that he already spent at least 50k ingots on that wheel.
