there are EU laws that imposes on gambling gaming houses to show them. They can be sued, theoretically, since they are, de facto, a casino (at least for the european servers).

China made a new law about how RNG should be visible on game like this, hopefully OASIS will make RNG visible.

Just so everyone understands, this is not classified as gambling. gambling is illegal here online. This would make the game illegal and be liable for all players money, then they would go bankrupt.

Im not stating what should happen, but do understand that they are not able to hide behind casino rules, they are not a casino, and would be held liable if they used the same laws that protect casino gambling.

well, Chinese law states that after May 1, 2017, Chinese gaming companies will have to disclose % chances for RNG. The ToS for this game states that it has to abide by Chinese Law. . . .

Correct. Some companies are doing it already because they don't want to deal with gray areas and legal problems later. However they don't have to do anything till May.
