Wow wtf is this shiet. u get banned for asking a refund of a benefit that we earn in the game after knowing that the whole system is rigged? There was no good faith to begin with when u rigged ur system to lie to us. I believe everyone deserve to get their refund request processed with fairness.

actually this is something that happens quite often at mcdonalds lol and the customer always gets a refund or a new burger if it wasn't the way he/she ordered it as. so thanks for trying to make fun of post author but u failed. maybe go back to school and learn about customer privilege and maybe just the law in general.

i think you're the one who needs to go back to school, the topic starter haven't stated yet what exactly his reason for a refund is, if he didn't get what he expects in-game like for example he bought 1 medium refine with ingots and expects to get 1 medium refine in game but instead he got low level refine that's where your mc donalds scenario applies to which is getting a refund of a new burger because he didn't get the correct burger he ordered. question is, is there an ingame item now purchasable with ingots that you bought and didn't get it exactly? afaik there is none and their cash shops working fine. now another scenario why this topic starter is asking for a refund is he engaged in a RNG system where he expects to get something out of his cash be it 1k or 1m dollar or whatever the value it is but he didn't get what he was expecting to get. this thing is common sense it is gambling, in gambling you can spend billions and get nothing while another person can spend a cent and earn billions, you should know gambling is bad and you should be mature enough to know the risk of gambling, if you don't get what you want you asked for it despite knowing the consequences so accept it and don't ask for a refund lol its your fault.

Yup that's how the system works, good things for free or low level/power player to make them a paying player. And nothing or almost nothing, or use a lot of money in comparison, to big spenders to make them use more money because that low level player got it, so if i put a bit of money i can get it too idea. So yeah, drawback from me too. Im putting my money in another game.

Pretty sure getting banned after getting a refund is standard for other online games as well. I'm not just talking about web games either. Same thing happens if you were to get a refund in WoW or GW2.

call your local bank for refund , not them .

I have never seen a game that does NOT do this.

I mean there are a lot of legit criticisms to be made especially in light of recent developments, but normally games always ban you or put a hold on your account when you are trying to chargeback a digital exchange.

i guess the ban is a security measure just like how your credit card gets blocked on google play when you dispute a purchase. especially with all the turmoil right now it's understandable as long as you're not perma banned.
