  • That makes absolutely no sense for my account to be frozen during something i hav the rights to do so.
This is probably an auto-block to prevent players from cheating the system for ingots. Contact cuistomer service and I guess they will unban you.

  • I dont cheat. And this all, proves why i asked for a refund. Hopefully people will learn from this. This is just..i hav no words. How can you block somebody account if that person who has a right to ask for a refund, asks it.
I'm not saying you cheat. It's to prevent players from abusing the system.
