This is the correct thing to do by Oasis. Once you ask for a Refund its not like they can just take the ingots spent on the account away. So asking for a refund should and DOES result in a the account being frozen. You cant ask for a refund and not return the item you purchased. Its like returning something to a local grocery Store. You cant have a Refund if you dont have the item to return
