- This is probably an auto-block to prevent players from cheating the system for ingots. Contact cuistomer service and I guess they will unban you.
I dont cheat. And this all, proves why i asked for a refund. Hopefully people will learn from this. This is just..i hav no words. How can you block somebody account if that person who has a right to ask for a refund, asks it. -

They are acting as if, this was some * lawsuit case. Like if your suspected of a * and pending a lawsuit, your bank accounts get frozen. People...this is an online game. Funny enough this actually turning into a * case, since i payed all that money (ill say it here, about 3000 dollars since day 1), and i am blocked from my account. Would you not constitute that as a * ? Im no lawyer, but this kinda seems like it, dont you think? -

- Not being funny, but if you've asked for a refund from your bank or paypal, for something you've already benefitted & used in game, why wouldn't you be banned?
Oh i see, but they failed to mention the events being rigged, and all other stuff before i bought it right? Maybe the note was lost somewhere, prolly their dogs ate it. And i told them to get it all back, even my account if needed, i dont mind. I even said id agree to a 50% refund, that seems fair, dont you think ? -

- once you spend those cash in game you cant ask for a refund kid, learn to spend mommy and daddys money properly then. you are like someone going in a restaurant, asking for a refund after eating half the meal you ordered saying you where not satisfied with what you just ate and no one told you what the other foods actualy taste and you wouldn't like it.
Mommy and daddys money? LOL dude im 24 i hav a job, i spent my own money. You are hilarious. And why not ask for the refund, if the objects i received, are not what it was originally told ? -

I can't tell you if you are right or not. Because at the moment I don't know.
You can talk to a lawyer though if you want, see what he has to say about this. Maybe you have a case. :)
Lawyer?...yeah against a company like that, for an ammount of 3000 dollars?. The court cost itself would be way bigger then that. And in the end probably nothing would be solved. So no, id rather open a thread here, and atleast make sure people dont make the same mistakes as i did. -

No, but i would if i would find a bug in the burger. Which in this case with the events being rigged, is kinda similar, dont you think? -

- i think you're the one who needs to go back to school, the topic starter haven't stated yet what exactly his reason for a refund is, if he didn't get what he expects in-game like for example he bought 1 medium refine with ingots and expects to get 1 medium refine in game but instead he got low level refine that's where your mc donalds scenario applies to which is getting a refund of a new burger because he didn't get the correct burger he ordered. question is, is there an ingame item now purchasable with ingots that you bought and didn't get it exactly? afaik there is none and their cash shops working fine. now another scenario why this topic starter is asking for a refund is he engaged in a RNG system where he expects to get something out of his cash be it 1k or 1m dollar or whatever the value it is but he didn't get what he was expecting to get. this thing is common sense it is gambling, in gambling you can spend billions and get nothing while another person can spend a cent and earn billions, you should know gambling is bad and you should be mature enough to know the risk of gambling, if you don't get what you want you asked for it despite knowing the consequences so accept it and don't ask for a refund lol its your fault.
Oh you want a reason ? How bout 150 spins on lucky stars, to get only 2* star? Tell me how is that possible ? Or maybe when i bought 500 adv ref runes, and i did 489/500 to get a lvl 9 refine. While a group member got 23/500 with free runes and he got a lvl 9. Can you explain to me the logic of this. And please dont tell me its luck, if you piss on me atleast have the courtesy to call it rain. Or maybe spins on the recharge wheel (that chinese tenten) where i got 50% coins and 50 % coupon 30. Okay i would say really unlucky, but how can i be unlucky in everything in this game ?. Litterally everything. Maybe its this, i the spender would then spend more to get, cause i can, but he who is free player would maybe be turned into a spender since he got lucky. Maybe that is how the system works, im not sure. I just knew for a long time and i was unhappy for a long time that the system is corrupt and unfair. And now after Aristeaus stream, i finnally have proof for it. Proof i wasnt imagining it all. -

This is the correct thing to do by Oasis. Once you ask for a Refund its not like they can just take the ingots spent on the account away. So asking for a refund should and DOES result in a the account being frozen. You cant ask for a refund and not return the item you purchased. Its like returning something to a local grocery Store. You cant have a Refund if you dont have the item to return

You didn't actually get a refund.
You simply ASKED if you could.
Instead of saying no or whatever, they just banned your account. . .
That's not cool. . . that's messed up. But I guess somebody said that, according to the ToS, asking for it is a ban? hmm . . .
I dunno. . .is it possible to ask your paypal or visa or whatever to refund? lol . .I don't know much about this, though.
Paypal is on it. Have to wait for it. -
