Yeah, does the 8400 go to your level exp at the bottom of the screen, or character exp aka ninja exp?

it doesnt go to your main, it goes to the other characters exp

Its a genuis move you will never out lvl other ppl thats one reason why this game is more balance than other browser. You cant get 20 lvl ahead thank god.

Its not pointless system, its there if you're out of food, for your ninjas. :P
Level your prota. with Kyuubi event, Bounty Tasks, Daily Tasks, Ninja Exam & Main story missions.
Farming story missions/elite is not worth it for the xp, unless you're missing really little xp.

Ah, and how can I get access to the Kyuubi event? I'm done all of my Bounty Tasks, Daily Tasks and The Ninja Exam is currently at my highest point Main Story mission is to get to level 30

You check your Event schedule on your Server, when it then opens you just join it.
